VICTORIA'S SERVICES: ARBITRATION

Victoria offers Arbitration services. Parties, usually with the assistance of their lawyers, work out the Arbitration process with Victoria ahead of time. They decide the issues to be determined, how formal or informal the Arbitration will be, whether evidence will be given in person or in writing, whether or not lawyers will attend, and the time and date of the hearing.

Victoria also provides Mediation/Arbitration. In this hybrid process, the parties agree to try to settle their issues by way of mediation with Victoria and to have her arbitrate any matters which they do not resolve.
